ORDER PROCESSING
Every Bodylicious Couture order is prepared with care before leaving our hands.
In-stock orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days prior to shipment. Processing
time is separate from the shipping transit time selected at checkout. Business days exclude
weekends and recognized holidays.
Certain creations may require additional preparation or specialized handling. When applicable,
extended processing timelines will be clearly noted on the individual product page or during
checkout.
During periods of exceptional demand a processing may require up to 10–15 business days.
Should there be a significant adjustment to the anticipated processing time of your order,
Bodylicious Couture will communicate with you directly.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Bodylicious Couture ships domestic orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and
FedEx. Available delivery services and rates are presented at checkout based on your destination.
Expedited delivery may be available for select destinations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing
your tracking information. The carrier's tracking service will provide the most current
information regarding the progress of your delivery.
While we make every effort to ensure your creation arrives within the anticipated delivery
window, carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the
control of Bodylicious Couture, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier
delays, and routing conditions.

DELAYED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If your shipment appears significantly delayed or cannot be located, please contact Bodylicious
Couture Client Services jennifer@bodyliciouscouture.com
Our team will review the shipment and, when appropriate, assist with initiating an inquiry or
claim with the applicable carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bodylicious Couture cannot assume
responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered unless liability is established
through an approved carrier claim or otherwise required by applicable law.
For added protection, clients who have concerns regarding delivery to their address are
encouraged to request signature confirmation before the order is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Bodylicious Couture proudly serves clients internationally.
International orders may be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and
available service. Delivery options and estimated transit times will be presented during checkout.
International delivery times vary according to destination, customs processing, and the selected
carrier service.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, import taxes, brokerage
fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price
or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Bodylicious Couture provides the required shipment documentation to support customs
clearance; however, customs authorities operate independently, and clearance delays may
occasionally occur.

We are unable to control or predict duties, taxes, tariffs, customs assessments, or processing
times imposed by individual countries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DELAYS
