To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing a return first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must still be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
